Running Intervals, Lunges, and Push Ups - Oh My!

Oh, not me! I'm sticking to the Couch to 10K program. During my run this morning however I received a PIAP (Proof I'm Awesome Picture) from Gia - SHE is running intervals, doing lunges, and push-ups! One day, Gia, one day!!
